Portobello Mushroom Pizza – No dough, No Fuss!

I often have a hankering for pizza; it is like the thing that completes me.. 😛 But if I let myself satisfy love of eating pizza, it wouldn’t be so healthy would it? There are many solutions to this problem that people have been exercising. Zucchini, cauliflower, gluten free flour, etc.. I chose a quick and easy method that takes 20 mins to make!

The portobello mushroom pizza is the perfect no fuzz, no time, easy, and delicious solution to your pizza cravings. Try it out yourself and don’t forget to be creative with your toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Portobello Mushroom Cap
  • Tomato paste
  • Shredded cheese (I used a mix of mozzarella and sharp cheddar)
  • Turkey pepperoni

Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Turn your portobello mushroom cap upside down
  • Spread on your tomato paste
  • Place your pepperoni slices
  • Sprinkle on your cheese
  • Place some more pepperoni slices
  • Put in the over for no more than 15 mins
