You know when you have those ingredients where you don’t know what to do with them? You just HAD to have that one thing that you just didn’t have any clue what you were going to do with.

Then, there is that moment where you realize that you are just overthinking it. Yes, I decided to go with oatmeal raisin cookies… CLASSIC! Enjoy.. 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sunflower Oil (You can use Canola Oil)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 4 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Raisins
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (or 170 degrees C)
- Grease your cookie sheet – I used olive oil spray
- In a large bow mix all of your dry ingredients (Raisins, Oats, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Soda, Flour, and Sugar)
- Mix your dry ingredients then add in your wet ingredients (Vanilla Extract, Eggs, and Oil)
- Mix everything together
- Create little balls that you place on your cookie sheet
- Place your cookie tray into the over and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
- Once out of the oven let the cookies cool down
- Enjoy!
