Do you love tuna salad? Do you hate how unhealthy it usually is? Well, look no further my dears. Today, I was craving tuna salad but did not want the usual because I wanted a good healthy lunch. I did something about that and made my own healthy tuna salad! Ingredients:
- Half a 5.3 Oz container of plain greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp of dijon mustard
- 1 3oz can of tuna in chunks (Its easy to break apart)
- Small mustard seed pickles (don’t use dill those are too sweet)
Preparation:
- Mix the greek yoghurt, mustard, and tuna together.
- Chop up a few pickles and add to the mixture.
- Serve on a salad, on toast, or in a sandwich!
I had mine on a slice of toasted pumpernickel bread! YUM.
