Spaghetti Squash

Wherever I look, Instagram, Pinterest, and other food blogs, spaghetti squash seems to be quite the popular dish. I myself can’t even believe it has taken me this long to try it.

Spaghetti squash is the perfect alternative if you want a substitute for spaghetti. It offers plenty of vitamins, minerals, and accounts for only 42 calories in a 10 cup serving. This truly is a great substitute for those who wish to try an alternative style of spaghetti. Fortunately spaghetti squash is usually available in most supermarkets year round and is extremely simple to prepare.
