Ingredients:
- 1 pack – tea biscuits (I used festive-spice & lotus cookies) approx. 600g
- 100g – melted butter
- 1 Cup – milk
- 1 pack – marshmallows
- 200g – Chocolate (1 used 100g dark and 100g festive edition Lindt)
- Optional: Sprinkles
Preparation:
- Blend the cookies until they are fine
- Mix in the melted butter
- Incorporate the milk
- Put the mixture into a buttered pie dish or cupcake tin, moulding the dough to become a pie crust
- Bake until golden on the edges – set aside and let cool
- In a pan, add your marshmallows and chocolate
- On medium heat, keep mixing until you have a gooey chocolatey consistency and you can no longer see any marshmallows
- Before the mixture cools, poor it into your tart base
- Add your sprinkles and set aside to cool
- Refrigerate if you will not eat right away
