Chocolate Marshmallow Festive Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack – tea biscuits (I used festive-spice & lotus cookies) approx. 600g
  • 100g – melted butter
  • 1 Cup – milk
  • 1 pack – marshmallows
  • 200g – Chocolate (1 used 100g dark and 100g festive edition Lindt)
  • Optional: Sprinkles

Preparation:

  • Blend the cookies until they are fine
  • Mix in the melted butter
  • Incorporate the milk
  • Put the mixture into a buttered pie dish or cupcake tin, moulding the dough to become a pie crust
  • Bake until golden on the edges – set aside and let cool
  • In a pan, add your marshmallows and chocolate
  • On medium heat, keep mixing until you have a gooey chocolatey consistency and you can no longer see any marshmallows
  • Before the mixture cools, poor it into your tart base
  • Add your sprinkles and set aside to cool
  • Refrigerate if you will not eat right away
