Oat Brownies

Ooey gooey oat brownies, thank me later.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup: unsalted melted butter
  • 1 1/8 cup: refined sugar
  • 2: eggs
  • 1 tbsp: cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup: pure cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup: oat flour
  • 2 tsp: vanilla extract
  • Approx. 1 cup: chocolate chunks
  • Optional: sea salt

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper
  • In a bowl, mix your hot butter & sugar
  • Add your oil and eggs, mix well
  • Add the cocoa powder and oat flour, and mix until combined
  • Pour in your vanilla extract and mix well
  • Add half of your chocolate chunks into the bowl and mix with a spoon
  • Pour your batter into your lined baking pan and top with the rest of your chocolate chunks
  • Finally sprinkle the top with sea salt
  • Bake in the oven until cooked
