Ooey gooey oat brownies, thank me later.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup: unsalted melted butter
- 1 1/8 cup: refined sugar
- 2: eggs
- 1 tbsp: cooking oil
- 1/2 cup: pure cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup: oat flour
- 2 tsp: vanilla extract
- Approx. 1 cup: chocolate chunks
- Optional: sea salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix your hot butter & sugar
- Add your oil and eggs, mix well
- Add the cocoa powder and oat flour, and mix until combined
- Pour in your vanilla extract and mix well
- Add half of your chocolate chunks into the bowl and mix with a spoon
- Pour your batter into your lined baking pan and top with the rest of your chocolate chunks
- Finally sprinkle the top with sea salt
- Bake in the oven until cooked
