Pork with mustard creme sauce

This is such an easy and delicious dish.

Ingredients for Pork with Mustard Sauce:

•Pork steaks
•Cooking Creme
•Dijon mustard
•Salt
•Pepper

Preparation:

•Heat the pan.
•Once your pan is nice and hot (you can feel the heat if you just hover your hand over), put a little bit of olive oil on the pan and put your pork in.
•Sear your pork just enough so that it won’t get dry when you keep cooking it in the sauce.
•Add in some Dijon mustard and some cooking creme. (The quantities are based on personal preferences; whether you like to have a stronger mustard or creme flavor, or if you like a lot or a little bit of sauce.
•Make sure to mix the creme and the mustard together.
•Turn the heat down low and cover the pan with a lid.
•Let sit for 10 minutes more or less depending on how cooked your pork was initially.

Side dish:

For the side dish, I made garlic sautéed green beans.

All I did was boil the green beans, strain them and sauté them in olive oil and garlic with a sprinkle or salt and pepper.

Bon appétit!
