I had come across this recipe many times on Pinterest, as I spend hours mindlessly looking for new ideas when I have nothing to do.

This is my version of the Hot Chocolate French Toast:

Makes about 8pcs of toast

Ingredients:
-Toast bread
-3 eggs
-A cup and a half of chocolate milk (I mixed Nesquik chocolate powder with 2% milk)
-Ground nutmeg

Process:
• Beat the eggs with the chocolate milk and add ground nutmeg.
• Soak one piece of bread at a time so that they do not fall apart.
• Put each soaked piece of bread in a hot pan with butter and cook until ready.

I personally like to top my french toast with plain low fat yoghurt, berries, and maple syrup.
